Title: Let’s Return (Part 2)
Pairing: SoxMaoxJun
Rating: PG13 for language XD
Warning(s): Eh heh heh…?
Note:.
Hai! Dozou! I got it up~! (“Finally”, everyone’s thinking… but ‘Between the Lines’ is taking much much longer. Gomen ne D: (I’m a bit stuck on that one =__=))
But, back to this story, I think the title comes into play a little bit in this part… but it also doesn’t make too much sense XDD I dunno if I will be able to make it make sense, and it’s a bit late to change it. But, whateverrr. ENJOY!! (Pleaaase :3)
{Ohhh sorry that it’s so short XD}

Sho paced outside of the café that Mao had told him to wait at. Once again, he was unable to sit still in his anticipation for Mao’s arrival. He would glance to the right, then left, not caring or noticing really, that people were giving him funny looks (though he was an idol, so he was used to it anyway). All he could think about was the way he would apologize to Mao. His brows furrowed in concentration, the tension between them growing more strained each time he glanced up and noticed she hadn’t arrived yet.
“Am I early?” he wondered aloud, glancing up once again to see Mao finally coming his way. All the tension in his face burst into a wide grin. He raised a hand, lips posed to speak the greeting, “Over here, Inoue-san!” when he saw Jun.
Sho’s hand dropped to his side, smile falling from his face, and his eyes dropped down, clouding over. He blinked hard and then peeked back up to see Jun still coming his way. Mao raised a hand to wave, as well as Jun, and Sho tried hard to seem cheerful.
“Hey,” he said, gulping and smiling feebly.
Jun smiled and patted Sho on the shoulder as he passed. “Hope you don’t mind me coming along, Sho-kun.”
Sho gritted his teeth. “Gomen ne, for being late, Chiisai nii-san!” Mao chirped up. Sho swallowed tightly and took a breath, trying to compose himself. “Were you waiting long?”
“Not at all,” he answered, slowly and steadily. He did not trust his voice to contain the anger that was lying beyond it.
The meal was agony for Sho. He sat and watched as Mao and Jun conversed animatedly and comfortably. All his anger had dispersed to be replaced with self-pity. He didn’t get one word in the whole meal, zoning out of their conversation. He spooned his food around on his place, not even attempting to look happy.
I… want to go home, he thought, heart low. He pushed his plate away from him and stood up. “I’m going home.” He announced voice weak.
Sho stepped aside from the chair and pushed it in, not glancing up at the other two though he knew they were watching him. He dropped enough money to pay the bill on the table and turned away. His legs shook as he strode away and pushed through the café exit. He breathed in the fresh air and sighed deeply, defeated.
A strong hand gripped Sho’s arm, causing him to jump. Whoever it was whipped Sho around so the two were facing each other.
“What do you think you’re doing?” Jun asked, clearly pissed. Sho looked away.
“I paid for the bill…” he said. He did not feel like having a heated discussion with Jun at the moment. His spirits were too low.
“What the hell, Sho? You’re the one who invited her to lunch! You can’t just leave her in there!” Even though Sho hadn’t wanted to, he snapped at Jun’s words. His fists clenched and eyes slitted.
“What the hell?” he whispered harshly, attempting to keep his voice down. “What the hell, Jun? You’re asking me that? What the hell?! I invited her to come to lunch, not her and you! So what gives you the right to ask me what I’m doing? I should be the one who got angry from the start! I’m the one who should be asking what the hell you’re doing here in the first place!” His voice had raised an octave and he breathed out slowly, glaring at Jun. Jun was seething as well, his teeth clenched.
“Would I come for no reason, Sho?” he asked, voice surprisingly level as he took an intimidating step closer to Sho. “She asked me to come. How else would I have even known?” Sho’s heart thumped once painfully in his chest at the news.
“She… asked you to come?” Sho asked, fists unclenching and palms throbbing. His eyes widened from their slits to look at Jun pleadingly. “But… why?”
Jun sighed and put his fist on his hip, one brow raised as if to ask Sho if he seriously didn’t know. “She was nervous to go out with you alone.” He stated simply.
The words floated around lamely in Sho’s head before they hit him full force. “EH?!” he exclaimed, taking a jumpy step back from Jun to glance through the window of the café to where Mao was eating her dessert, alone. “She was nervous about being alone with me? I thought you came because-”
Jun chuckled tiredly, cutting Sho off. “We’re not dating. If we were, don’t you think Arashi would be the first to know?”
Sho slumped. He felt horrible for being so cruel to his friend and doubting him. “Jun, I’m-”
Jun smiled and patted Sho on the shoulders, gripping them affectionately. “Go get her, Sho. She already likes you. Make her like you more.” Jun pushed off Sho’s shoulders and walked around him, pushing him towards the entrance of the cafe, causing Sho to stumble.
Sho looked back to see Jun smiling at him. A new warmth for his friend grew. It cast away the annoyance and pure hatred he had felt just a second ago. He realized how great friendships could be and concluded that this one, as well as the ones with the other Arashi members could withstand a lifetime. “Arigatou, Matsujun,” Sho said warmly, turning away from his friend to burst into the café with new determination.

“^___^ I hope that you like the story so far! I hope I did it how you wanted to XD”
I wanna answer your comment here instead you chasing comments on my page because I think you deserve to have your comment IN YOUR OWN PAGE…
first off, I fully trust you with your writing method. You can do whatever with your imagination, and I’m just happy that while you have your own style, I enjoy reading them as well :) It’s hard for a writer to have her own style and keep her readers as well, but you did a great job.. I like the interaction of the 3 and the flow of story, it’s different from what could really happen in real life.. and I kind of like it that way (sorry if my idea of fanfics is somehow different from old time readers..)
or maybe I don’t know how to judge or too serious with fanfics that’s why my comments are like this…. but really, like I told you before, after reading your stories, it makes me want to write my own fictions as well, it is inspiring moving.. sorry, that’s how I appreciate it, sorry if my comment is non-flaily, aheheh!
ok, now comment about the story: I didn’t know Matsujun would ‘give up’ Mao so easily… but let’s see, let’s see… (again dear, do whatever you want with it, I’m liking it so far, and it’s not a mistake to disappoint me however, I like you already as writer, trust me)

Ahh yokatta! I’m glad you like it! And I just put in my own idea… like Matsujun would rather see his friends ha[[y than he himself be happy. I guess he did like Mao, but saw how much Sho did and how Mao sorta kinda liked Sho, too.
So he's acting like an older brother towards Mao... I guess XD
I like surprising people tho hehe >//<
Thank you for your nice comment :]
